1. Qualifications

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FROM NURSE

• Copy of birth certificate for APPLICANT and family members, [if coming with family]
• Copy of passport for APPLICANT and family members
• Copy of visa and I-94 for APPLICANT and family members, if in U.S.
• Copy of any USCIS notices
• Copy of EAD(s)
• Resume: detailed education and job history. Indicate dates, location, name of school,
major subject, diploma/degree. Indicate if full-time part-time work.
• Copy of all I-20s (F-1) or DS2019 (J-1) for APPLICANT and family members if in U.S. or
previously in U.S.
• Copy of CGFNS certificate, visascreen certificate or copy of visascreen application if
no visascreen yet – see www.cgfns.org for further details about visascreen
• Copy of all foreign and U.S. PROFESSIONAL T licenses
• Copy of NCLEX, TOEFL, TSE, TWE scores
• Copy of diplomas and/or transcripts, translated
• Job offers letter with Job description/title

3. Interviews & Screenings

The first and primary interview is done at the country of the origin individually in person by the president of the company at the office location. A copy of all credentials, resumes anything important that can add up are taken. Zuriel Medical Staffing, Inc. undergoes a screening with all medical professionals interviewed, and its medical person validates the legitimacy of all therapeutic credentials and practice. ​

2. Licensure Process Synopsis

English Proficiency Examination (TOEFL, IELTS, TSE etc., as per State Licensure Requirements)
Credentials Verification Evaluation (CES / CVS, as per State Licensure Requirements)
Submit Application for Licensure to State Board of respective candidate per their profession.
Registration for NCLEX RN with Pearson Vue Testing Service Online-Schedule NCLEX RN with receipt of ATT. - to take Exam in person in South Africa.
Upon passing the required recognized exam, the medical professionals receives Licensure to practice their profession in a specified state.

4. Placement

Zuriel Medical Staffing, Inc. evaluates and contemplates on detailed provisions, specialties and potentials of the organization, about the field of specialty, attractiveness, and long-term goals of the medical professionals. After detailed selection process, Zuriel Medical Staffing, Inc. presents the resumes of the selected nurses to potential companies for final review and selection. The Hospital or facilities principally select carefully their choice of nurses, schedule video and or phone interview with the candidates for final assessment. After this process, the Attorney takes over to finalize the process for the candidates to depart from their country of origin.

Two Options:

1. Candidates may choose to stay with Zuriel Medical Staffing, Inc. to work with for experience during the contract time frame. It is the choice of the candidate to renew their contract to stay with Zuriel Medical Staffing, or to find another place of choice to work.

2. Could be direct-hire to work right away with the hospital that choose them after interview during their contracting period, it is the choice of the candidate to renew their contract to stay with the hospital or to find another place of choice to work.
