Requirements:

To qualify for our program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a current nursing license in their country of residence (verification required).
  • Have 1 to 3 years of acute care experience in a tertiary or large secondary hospital.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program covering medical, surgical, obstetrics, pediatrics, and psychiatry—BSN preferred but not mandatory.

There are no fees for candidates joining Zuriel Medical. Our revenue comes solely from payments made by organizations for our recruitment and processing services.
Candidates must meet our experience requirements (as detailed in the next question) and have passed all necessary exams. Additionally, you must be able to pass the required English Proficiency Exam and be prepared to participate in review and preparation sessions to ensure success.
A minimum of two years of practical nursing experience is required. We encourage our medical professionals to maintain their nursing roles during the immigration and licensure process until they arrive and begin employment in the United States.
Effective communication in English is essential. Acceptable scores include: an IELTS Academic score of 6.5 (with a speaking score of 7.0), a TOEFL score of 207, or a TSE score of 50. Candidates are encouraged to thoroughly prepare for these exams to pass on their first attempt.
Salaries vary based on your profession; currently, we cannot provide specific hourly rates for travel nurses. However, earnings typically range from $37/hr. to $60/hr. depending on the contract and may be higher if directly hired by a hospital. Additionally, you will receive excellent benefits (details below). Salaries will always meet the prevailing wage as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
The benefits package outlined in your Employment Agreement includes competitive pay, overtime pay, holiday scheduling flexibility, basic group medical insurance, worker’s compensation insurance. Some agreements may also cover your first week or month’s rent.
Yes! Your spouse and unmarried children under 18 years old are considered dependents and can accompany you to the United States; they will receive immigrant visas and Green Cards based on the specifics of your agreement and contract details.
